The Shurflo 4009 series water pump design is created with a one-piece diaphragm and internal by-pass ensuring a long life and max performance. Constructed for high flow demand, this updated Shurflo 4009 water pump has low noise emissions and no rapid cycling. Meaning, that when the pressure switch turns on and off very quickly, it can lead to premature water pump failure. The Shurflo 4009 is designed to last years without this ever being the case and can also run dry without any damage to the motor.

Its easy, low-profile design can be easily mounted in any position to the inside of cabinetry and storage areas. It’s designed with an ½ inch BSP male thread, compatible with any twist on ½ inch female water director (usually for JG tubing). It’s important to note that the pulling power of the Shurflo 4009 water pump is designed to be placed near the water source so keep this in mind when installing it in your RV.

NOTE: You must install a Shurflo filter BEFORE the pump (water tank side) and DO NOT USE THRED TAPE or it will void the warranty.
