Revotek Viscount Window Corner Insert

We’re pleased to offer a comprehensive lineup of window parts tailored for vintage Vicarr-branded windows, commonly found in Viscount caravans from the mid to late 70s. Easily recognisable by their distinctive outer frame ‘ribs’ Revotek now supports replacement parts for the Vicarr windows. Working with a dedicated 3D Printing company, we’ve had the parts reproduced in CAD and 3D printed in a specialist plastic. The most important features of this plastic are its inherent UV stability and high-temperature resistance. Therefore, unlike the more commonly used PLA plastic (cheaper), this makes it ideal for outdoor and automotive applications where prolonged exposure to UV light and high temperatures occur. This listing is for the Corner insert – it is used to hold the frame together which contains the glass and is a common point of failure. If you notice your windows sagging, or the top corner mitre opened up then this is the part you’ll need to replace. NB: Price is for one item.
