𝐐: Do you do windows to suit a 19xx Viscount/Franklin/York/Millard caravan?

𝐀: 99% of the time, yes, and if we don’t happen to have the pattern we can take/make it.

𝐐: Do you sell the frames too?

𝐀: No, we only do the replacement windows sorry. The best bet for frames is to search Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, or the various caravan Facebook groups.

𝐐: Do you sell Polycarbonate windows?

𝐀: No, Acrylic using the correct version is better suited to caravans than polycarbonate due to its superior UV stability (won’t cloud).

𝐐: How do I measure my windows?

𝐐: How do I know what colour tint is available?

𝐀: We sell a Window Identification Kit (WIK) (pictured below) which includes; tint samples, rubber seal samples, a link card to our YouTube videos, and a keyring leather tape measure to help you measure your windows – the cost is fully refundable on a window order.

𝐐: Do you fit the window kits as well?

𝐀: Yes, we can remove & replace your existing windows using our Replacement Window Kits.

𝐐: How much does it cost for you to replace my windows?

𝐀: It depends on several factors such as; Have your existing windows have been siliconed up, do you require any additional repairs, are the retaining screws corroded into the frame, and do you require any additional components such as seals, winder boxes, & frame repairs, etc. Typically, a straightforward window replacement will take approx. 20-30 mins, however, they can take up to 1.5-2 hours if any of the above issues exist. Therefore, costs typically range between $55 – $220 per window.

𝐐: How long do they take from when I order?

𝐀: If we have them on the shelf (we keep common CLEAR sizes in stock) then they will typically be sent out the next day. If we need to make them, then approx. 2-3 weeks depending on demand & material availability.

𝐐: Do you supply tinted windows, and do they cost more than CLEAR?

𝐀: Yes, & yes.
