Revotek Viscount Vicarr 3D Printed Parts

3D Printed Viscount Vicarr Window Parts

Exciting announcement!

Revotek introduces a comprehensive lineup of window parts tailored for vintage Vicarr-branded windows, commonly found in Viscount caravans from the mid to late 70s.

From the 60s to the early 70s, Viscount used windows with manual stays and simple locks (also stocked). Subsequently, Starlite (later badged Australite) windows adorned Viscounts until late 1975 (parts also stocked), followed by Vicarr-branded windows. Surprisingly, spare parts were never produced by Viscount beyond the production of the fitted windows.

Easily recognisable by their distinctive outer frame ‘ribs’ Revotek now supports replacement parts for the Vicarr windows. Our inventory includes: Window Latch Kits, Corner Inserts, End Bungs, Winder Link Boxes, Winder Bar Supports and Latch Catches (with rivets). You can now finally fix those troublesome windows!

Note: Winder boxes are NOT available.

So how have we done it?

Working with a dedicated 3D Printing company, we’ve had the parts reproduced in CAD and 3D printed in a specialist plastic. The most important features of this plastic are its inherent UV stability and high-temperature resistance. Therefore, unlike the more commonly used PLA plastic (cheaper), this makes it ideal for outdoor and automotive applications where prolonged exposure to UV light and high temperatures occur.

All parts will be available to purchase from our Online shop: https://revotek.com.au/product/
